Prepare yourself for the ultimate beauty experience! We kindly request that you arrive at your appointment with no makeup on, comfortably styled to be laying on your back and at least 15 minutes early to ensure you find parking and can enjoy a smooth and relaxing session.

Preparation for your Appointment

If you are receiving lash services please completely avoid waterproof mascara and strip lashes 48hrs before your appointment in order to maximize retention, extensions do not stick to dirty lashes!

Please set aside enough time to be here , you will be receiving tedious and delicate services that require patience. As a seasoned artist I do not and will not rush through my services, thank you for being a high value client.

Cancellation/No Show Policies

At Beauty by Soul, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In order to respect our time, your time and the time of other clients, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 60% of your original total.

Failure to cancel accordingly or simply not showing up will be charged 100% of the original service fee , additionally they will be banned from booking.

Tardy Policies

To ensure a seamless session, we have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a $15 tardy fee will be charged.

At 15 minutes tardy your appointment is automatically canceled and your deposit will be forfeited . If time allows and we can accommodate you ,it will be done at our discretion. This does NOT guarantee we will be able to service you.

Payments/Deposits

A nonrefundable $10 deposit is required to book. No deposit = No appointment. No exceptions.

Remaining balance is CASH only. $10 transaction fee is applied at checkout if you wish to pay via card payment.

Rescheduling Policies

Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to your original appointment time. Rescheduling must be done within 2 weeks of the original appointment. A new deposit will be required if you wish to schedule past two weeks.

Health Policies

Face masks are encouraged but not required. If you show up noticeably under the weather, we will cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation policy will be enforced.

No extra guests allowed

Before Hours / After Hours Appointments

Appointments outside normal business hours have a $25 fee.

Last minute Squeeze in appointments have a $25 fee.

Lash Fill Policy

No foreign fills. Fills should be done between 2-3 week, anything after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set. Fills are MAINTENANCE not RECONSTRUCTION.

If there is less than 40%-50% coverage remaining after outgrown are removed it is considered/charged as a full set. NO EXEMPTIONS.

Lash After Care

Do not wet lashes for 24hrs after application.

After 24hrs wash last extensions at least once daily with approved lash shampoo.

No sleeping on your face or side.

No oil based products on or around eye area.

No rubbing eyes or pulling lashes.

Brow After Care

Do NOT wet brows for 24 hours after tint stain, hybrid stain , or lamination application.

AFTER 24 hours of lamination apply a nourishing oil nightly to maintain hydrated brows.

Qualifying for any of the below does not make you the best candidate for tint stain, hybrid stain or lamination!!!

Pregnant or breastfeeding.

Recent chemical peels.

Eczema/Blood thinners/Ultra sensitive skin/Psoriasis.

Thin, Sparse or Tattooed eyebrows.

Clogged pores, Dry/Flaky skin, Orange peel skin.
